The Coastal Bend Texas Chapter of the American Red Cross, in partnership with Flint Hills Resources as the Title Sponsor, will host the sixth annual “Red Cross BASH 2010” on March 19, 2010 at the American Bank Center starting at 6:30 pm.  Individual Tickets are $100 and table sponsorships are still available.

This annual event, held during American Red Cross Month, honors those who answer the “Call of Duty” in our armed forces and medical community.  The military-inspired event transforms our venue into a re-creation of a military medical unit, complete with camouflage, jeep, parachutes, “The Swamp” and more.

Guests wear their favorite military fatigues, medical scrubs, nurse uniforms or any camouflage attire as they enjoy the Chow Line, live/silent auctions, photo opportunities with the military vehicles, dancing, entertainment by Charlie Robison, and more.

“Red Cross BASH 2010”  assists the chapter with the financial resources needed to provide the highest level of service to disaster victims and military families, as well as the resources to sustain our children’s educational & lifesaving training programs.  This event brings awareness and helps us to fulfill our mission to provide relief to victims of disaster and helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.
